In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the full amount of your order will be automatically refunded within 48 hours to the original payment method.
Tickets may be delivered electronically or via postal service, with an estimated delivery window of up to three weeks before the event. Specific delivery details will be communicated after purchase.
Please note that ticket delivery is subject to availability. In rare cases of sudden stock shortages, tickets may not be dispatched. If this occurs, customers can request a full refund by contacting us with their order number. In exceptional cases, we may require a written letter to process the refund.
